: This paper aims to analyze how intestinal flora regulates liver fibrosis pathogenesis and evaluate the regulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on flora, providing new insights into treatment. Destruction microbiome can lead development, accelerating microbiome’s disruption. TCM effectively regulate helping prevent treat fibrosis. review discusses mechanisms behind changes in these changes.
